Quick and Easy No Cooking or Baking involved!
1 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup coconut
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix all of the ingredients together and place in the fridge for approx 30 minutes. Once the ingredients have hardened you may roll them into balls, or even make them into little bars (whatever shape you would prefer).
Leave them in a covered container in your fridge for a very quick, easy and healthy on the go breakfast or snack.
