If you are getting tired of the same old potatoes, rice, and pasta as a supper side dish then perhaps you should give my Yorkshire Pudding recipe a try.
It is delightfully different and not only is it a super easy recipe that tastes great with almost any meal, but there is very little prep work to making it as well. It looks and tastes like a lot more work than it actually is.
This is another one of those fan favorites around my household and if it works at your house like it does at mine then you may be able to please the finicky eaters that frequent your table. (Not mentioning any names but that would be my kids.)
Recipe for my Cake Style Yorkshire Pudding
2 Cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 Cups milk
2 Tbsp melted butter
Add all of your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients then add your melted butter. Mix them together well.
Place all of this into a greased 9X13 baking dish and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes (or until raised and edges are a golden brown) at 350o
Cut into squares and it is ready to serve.

I'm an extremely happy person. I love my family and am lucky to be married to my best friend Otto Phillips. I've always loved to write poetry and I also love to cook so you can kind of guess which topics I most often write on.
