It's always nice to have a great pancake batter recipe that tastes wonderful and is fluffy, while still leaving you full and satisfied. I make this recipe for my family all of the time, and they NEVER turn it down! So make a delicious breakfast for your family today.
PSSST... the word on the street is that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
My Famous Fluffy Pancakes With the Bacon Inside Rather Than Out
Let me just start off by saying that these pancakes came out so moist and delicious, I only used syrup on one of the ones I ate, just to taste the difference (and I've NEVER eaten pancakes without syrup before). I make a double batch of these because I know I am going to be asked for seconds and thirds.
2 cups white flour
2 cups brown flour
8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup syrup
2/3 cup bacon grease
1 lb diced and precooked crispy bacon
Yummy! Time to Chow Down on a Pancake Breakfast.
I always use 1 cup white flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour for this recipe. If you adjust your recipe to use all white flour the amount of milk will work out the same, but if you happen to use all whole wheat flour then you will probably need to add a bit more milk.
My Famous Fluffy Pancake Breakfast Recipe
2 Cups flour
1 Tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 Cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 milk
Add all of your dry ingredients, then mix in all of your wet ingredients. Pour onto your electric griddle or pan. Cook until bubbles start to pop, flip over, and cook for a bit longer. Then they are ready to serve and eat. Pretty easy.
Why Do I Use Cinnamon?
Just to name a few reasons...

Morning Not Going Quite as Planned? No Problem.
Some days just don't quite start off the way you would like them to but that's okay. With a family of 6 things can go a little crazy in my house at any time of day. Just keep a sense of humor and a smile on your face. Make the best of things and your day will get better. It always seems to just naturally work out that way.
