Never be Afraid to Adjust a Recipe to Your Tastes
Add to it: If you like nuts, raisins, cranberries etc. don't be afraid to add it to this recipe.
Make it healthier: If you find that there is too much sugar or you don't like to use bleached flour then there are always other options. Use Splenda or reduce the amount of sugar you use. Use unbleached or whole wheat flour.
When I first tried this dessert at a friends home I found it too dry for my liking so I doubled the amount of bananas in it. What would you adjust?
